EXECUTIVE HEALTH: PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL, SPIRITUAL

Owners of Small Business / Private Practice

We understand the important role executives and senior managers play in the creation of economic benefits and wealth, for the organisaton, themselves and their families.

CEO’s and Senior Executives are often lonely. We host Confidential Conversation Circles, or Individual Sessions for them where they can freely raise concerns, brainstorm, and express themselves.

Business Partners

Partners often misunderstand each other because of different personalities and thinking styles. Profiling individuals and facilitating conversations help them quickly understand one another and make decisions quicker.

Teams

Whole brain teams communicate better, are happier, respectful, embrace diversity and are more productive because they understand their roles and responsibilities, and they align themselves with the vision and values of the organisation.

RETRENCHMENT

The retrenchment process in South Africa can be fraught with uncertainty and stressful times.  “Managers and leaders, do not underestimate the impact retrenching colleagues can have on your mental and emotional well-being.”

Unfortunately, retrenchment can be one of the large-scale organisational changes an organisation is forced to make.

Retrenchment is devastating for employees losing their jobs, as well as those remaining in the organisation.

It is recommended to incorporate Resilience training into your retrenchment process and policy to help employees build their inner strength to be able to cope with this life changing transition.

Who are affected?

  • employees being retrenched,
  • the ones staying behind, as well as
  • the staff members responsible for executing the retrenchment decision.
