Reneé started her career in Human Resources, where she was working as a Trainer, Facilitator and Industrial Social Worker.  She worked with middle and senior management, identifying talented candidates for accelerated soft skills training and development. Her interest in the Entrepreneurial Mindset drove her to form Innermost Consultancy. Her keen interest in the working of the brain, the sub-conscious mind and human behaviour inspired her to join the International Creativity Foundation for Africa, and she became a Whole Brain practitioner, Master Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner, and as Social Worker her interest in family dynamics stirred her to practice in Family Systems. She believes in lifelong learning and is forever studying the latest technologies concerning human behaviour.
